Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Ernakulam. You will be the visual storyteller for our brand, responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-impact visuals for digital and print media. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team and Social Media Manager to translate ideas into engaging layouts that resonate with our students and industry partners.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Visual Strategy: Developing and executing creative concepts for social media, website banners, and marketing collateral.
• Content Collaboration: Working alongside the Social Media Manager and editors to produce scroll-stopping digital content.
• Branding: Ensuring brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms and internal communication materials.
• Ad Creative: Designing high-converting visuals for paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.).
• Print Media: Designing brochures, posters, and certificates for our training programs.
• Deadline Management: Maintaining a steady workflow and delivering high-quality assets within project timelines.
• Trend Analysis: Staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand modern.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Design Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and a keen eye for typography and layout.
• Communication: Ability to take feedback constructively and explain the why behind design choices.
