Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Jaipur. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for handmade paper products, packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets, ensuring consistency with the brand's aesthetic and values. Daily responsibilities include developing layouts, designing logos and branding elements, selecting typography, and preparing print-ready files. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate requirements into high-quality designs, revising concepts based on feedback, and maintaining an organized library of design assets. The Graphic Designer will also support visual storytelling for campaigns, catalogs, and online presence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create cohesive visual concepts for print and digital mediums.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including the development of brand identities and product lines.
• Proficiency in Typography, with a keen eye for layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent software).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work relevant to print, packaging, and branding.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, and openness to feedback and iterative design.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
