Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on-site in Jaipur in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the packaging and production teams to create visually compelling designs for products and brand materials. Daily responsibilities include developing concepts and layouts for packaging, logos, and brand identities, selecting suitable typography, and preparing print-ready and digital design files. The role involves translating client requirements into clear design solutions, refining drafts based on feedback, and maintaining design consistency across all touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will also support marketing initiatives with creative assets, coordinate with vendors or internal production teams to ensure accurate execution, and stay current with design trends and best practices relevant to packaging and branding.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in core graphic skills, including Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create professional, polished visual assets.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to build cohesive visual identities aligned with client and company values.
Working knowledge of Typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability for both packaging and marketing materials.
Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent tools).
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to translate client requirements into clear, practical design solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in eco-friendly design practices and packaging innovation is highly beneficial.
