About the Role

We are looking for a performance-oriented Graphic Designer who will own visual communication across digital marketing and brand platforms. The role focuses on translating campaignobjectivesand brand strategy into compelling visual content that drives engagement and conversions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create impactful, brand-aligned creatives that support business growth. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategic thinking and understands how design influences audiencebehaviorand campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end visual design for marketing and brand communication across digital and offline platforms.
  • Conceptualize and execute creatives aligned with campaignobjectives, brand positioning, and audience insights.
  • Translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused visual content.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all touchpoints.
  • Continuously refine creative output based on performance data, feedback, and evolving business priorities.
  • Contribute to broader brand initiatives, including performance marketing creatives (Meta Ads), blog graphics, thumbnails, infographics, packaging, landing pages, video content aesthetics, and emerging formats.Support the visual direction and design styling of video content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure organized asset management and structured documentation practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and external stakeholders to deliver integrated creative solutions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of design basics likecolor, layout, typography, and visual balance.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
  • Able to create designs that are both creative and aligned with business goals.
  • Understands how design impacts engagement, clicks, and conversions.
  • Can turn ideas or briefs into clear and attractive visuals.
  • Able to simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand designs.
  • Comfortable adapting designs for different platforms and campaign needs.
  • Pays close attention to detail and delivers work on time.

  • Improvement in campaign engagement, CTR, and conversion performance.
  • Consistency and strength of brand identity across platforms.
