We're Hiring: Executive Graphic Designer

The Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn't wait to be told what looks good — someone who sees a brief and already has three ideas before the meeting is over. This is not a production-only role. You will be a creative contributor: shaping how we look, feel, and show up across print, digital, events, and campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Design across formats — social media, event collateral, presentations, posters, brochures, and emailers
• Own the visual identity of our campaigns and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with content, events, and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals
• Bring concepts to the table proactively without always being asked
• Produce final, print- and web-ready assets with precision and attention to detail
• Manage multiple deliverables independently and meet deadlines without hand-holding
• Occasionally support video editing, motion graphics, or basic reels (a plus, not a must)

Who We're Looking For

The right person for this role is not just skilled — they are switched on.

• 0–3 years of experience in graphic design (internships and freelance work count)
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
• Solid typographic sense and an eye for layout, colour, and hierarchy
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
• Strong communication — you can explain your design choices and take feedback well
• Familiarity with Figma or other digital-first tools is a plus
