About the Role

We are looking for a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support daily design requirements across digital and print platforms. This role involves designing brochures, PDFs, event creatives, blog banners, presentations, and marketing assets while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, understands deadlines, and can deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design visually engaging creatives for social media, blogs, articles, email marketing, and presentations.
• Create visually strong layouts for eBooks, marketing campaigns, and digital ads.
• Strictly adhere to brand guidelines for all visual materials.
• Support the content and marketing teams with fresh, high-quality assets.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including teams in the UK and other countries.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Make revisions quickly based on feedback.
• Meet deadlines and targets, handle multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
• Be willing to contribute extra hours when required during peak workloads.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Canva (Mandatory)
• Working proficiency and knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma
• Strong understanding of layout design, colour theory, and typography.
• Advanced communication skills and strong proficiency in English.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Cross-team collaboration skills and ability to communicate with international teams.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines and targets.
• A creative mindset with willingness to learn, innovate, and grow.

Note: Someone with a highly creative mind who can create unique designs and templates; not someone who copy-pastes or replicates existing templates.

We're looking for candidates who match the above requirements. The maximum compensation for this role is ₹35,000 per month (non-negotiable).
