Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team on-site at our Jodhpur office. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing and branding teams to create visually compelling designs that represent our brands and products. Key responsibilities include developing creative assets for branding, logo design, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with various departments to meet project goals and deadlines.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Design creatives for social media, ads, websites, banners, and campaigns

* Create brand-aligned print marketing materials (posters, brochures, flyers, catalogues, packaging, presentations)

* Develop creatives for e-commerce listings, marketplaces, and websites

* Work closely with marketing and content teams for campaign execution

* Ensure consistency in design, colors, typography, and brand guidelines

* Prepare print-ready artworks with proper layouts, bleeds, and color profiles

* Edit and optimize images, layouts, and visual assets

* Stay updated with design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative workflows

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Corel drew

* Good experience in print media and understanding of pre-press requirements

* Basic knowledge of typography, color theory & layouts

* Understanding of social media and digital marketing creatives

* Knowledge of AI tools for design, image generation

* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

* Strong creativity with attention to detail

Good to Have

* Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects)

* Experience in branding, e-commerce, or social media agencies
