Role & Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media posts, carousels, stories, and reel covers
- Understand platform-wise design strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Create designs aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content planning and campaigns
- Improve creatives based on engagement and performance insights
- Stay updated with design trends, formats, and content styles
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Clear understanding of social media design formats and layouts
- Basic understanding of content strategy and audience behavior
- Strong creative thinking and visual sense
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
- After Effects or Motion Graphics
- Basic video editing
- Experience in brand or real estate creatives
