Key Responsibilities
- Branding & Visual Identity:
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and social media creatives.
- Develop branding elements including logos, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Social Media & Digital Graphics:
- Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop infographics, carousels, and ad creatives for online campaigns.
- UI/UX & Web Design:
- Assist in designing UI elements for websites, landing pages, and mobile apps.
- Work with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Print & Packaging Design:
- Design merchandise, packaging, and promotional materials for offline branding.
- Collaboration & Project Management:
- Work closely with marketing, content, and web teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Technical Skills:
- Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva
- UI/UX: Adobe XD, Sketch
- Video Editing: Basic knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro (optional)
- Soft Skills:
- Strong creativity and artistic sense.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
