Roles & Responsibilities
- Design creative visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Create engaging graphics aligned with brand guidelines and company standards.
- Assist in developing branding elements such as logos, templates, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements and deliver creative concepts.
- Edit images, retouch photos, and enhance visual content as needed.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Ensure consistency in designs across all digital and print platforms.
Required Skills (Must & Should Have)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma (any relevant tools).
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
- Knowledge of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects) added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
Communication Skills (Mandatory)
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to clearly understand design briefs and explain creative ideas confidently.
- Good coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Open to feedback and able to communicate revisions professionally.
