Work Location: Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal, Bengaluru

Primary Skills Required:

DesignTypography, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Coreldraw.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are currently looking out for a talented Graphic Designer to join the creative design department. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brand's visual identity to life and crafting visually engaging design solutions for our Social Media, Website and Marketing content.

• Creating eye-catching and effective designs for various mediums, such as digital, print, and social media, in line with our brand guidelines
• Collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that meet project objectives
• Designing layouts, graphics, and visual elements that effectively communicate the intended message and resonate with our target audience for Meta, Google, Linkedin Ads.
• Organising and maintaining design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organised for future reference

This Role Requires:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design versatility
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present design concepts and ideas.
• Is passionate about design and stays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering outstanding design work that aligns with our brand's vision
• Is open to feedback, continuously seeks self-improvement, and is eager to learn and grow in their role.
• Experience in D2C Brand is a huge plus
