Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for premium aesthetics and brand storytelling. The candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and elevate the brand's visual identity and aesthetics.
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns for launches, festive occasions, and brand initiatives.
• Design social media creatives, brochures, catalogues, presentations, and showroom collaterals.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colour, layouts, and visual language.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, photographers, videographers, and agencies.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and deliver within deadlines.
• Adapt to changing requirements and support cross-functional creative needs.

Candidate Profile

• 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium aesthetics and brand campaigns.
• Experience in luxury, interiors, architecture, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent time management, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Experience coordinating withprint vendorsfor brochures, catalogues, packaging, and other offline brand collaterals.
• Strong understanding of print production, materials, finishes, and quality control.
• Ability to manage vendor coordination and ensure timely delivery of print assets.
