Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the in-house team to create visually engaging social media creatives that drive audience engagement and support brand objectives. You will focus on designing digital-first content, including impactful posters and social media graphics, that connect with audiences across platforms. Your work will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the design game!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Social Media Creatives: Create eye-catching and engaging graphics for various social media platforms.
• Visual Storytelling for Digital Media: Design banners, posts, and promotional creatives that effectively communicate ideas and brand messaging.
• Maintain Design Quality: Ensure high standards of creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail across all designs.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work with content creators and the internal team to brainstorm ideas and enhance audience engagement.
• Time Management Skills: Demonstrate strong time management and communication skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery of content.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a graphic or digital media designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of social media design formats and platform-specific requirements.
• A creative mindset with the ability to design content that captures attention and drives engagement.
• Awareness of current design trends, digital culture, and social media aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
