Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 23 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and must be proficient in the Bengali language (reading and writing) to create region-specific creatives and communication material.
Key Responsibilities- Design social media creatives, ad banners, carousels, and campaign visuals
- Create posters, brochures, presentations, and branding materials
- Develop creatives in both English and Bengali
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Basic motion graphics or video thumbnail design (if skilled)
Mandatory Requirements- 23 years of hands-on graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Bengali (reading & writing is compulsory)
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into compelling visuals
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro
- Experience in political campaigns / startups / digital marketing agencies
- Understanding of social media trends and performance creatives
