About the Role

We are looking for a creative and politically aware Graphic Designer to join our media team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, an understanding of current political trends, and the ability to design engaging content for digital and print platforms that resonates with the audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design political campaign materials including posters, banners, social media creatives, infographics, and short-form visual content.
  • Work closely with content writers, video editors, and campaign managers to develop cohesive and impactful visual communication.
  • Create designs aligned with political messaging, party ideology, and campaign objectives.
  • Edit and enhance images or visuals to ensure brand consistency and high visual impact.
  • Manage multiple design projects with quick turnarounds during campaigns or events.
  • Stay updated on political trends, social media styles, and audience sentiment to create relevant and appealing designs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 12 years of professional experience in graphic design (political or news/media experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and political awareness.
  • Understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and political campaign styles .
