Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves working on innovative automotive engineering projects, leveraging data analytics, supervising design and development processes, and providing solutions that align with the company's sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and ensure product quality while adhering to the highest industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive engineering, sustainability practices, or related fields
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics
• Strong skills in design, planning, and problem-solving
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant degree or qualification in Engineering, Automotive Design, or related discipline is required
• Experience in electric vehicle (EV) technology is a significant advantage
