Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive

Working Hours: 9-hour shift, Monday Saturday (Overlapping US & UK time zones required)

We focus on quality delivery, structured processes, and strong client communication.

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to support execution, coordination, and structured implementation of digital marketing activities for global clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on international client experience (USA/UK).

This role is not just execution - it requires ownership of complete marketing groundwork, from website development to marketing operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, fluent in English, and confident in client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development

Design and develop responsive websites (WordPress/Wix/Shopify or similar platforms)

Create high-converting landing pages

Ensure SEO-friendly structure

Manage website updates, optimization, and troubleshooting

Coordinate with developers if advanced customization is required

Content & Copywriting

Write compelling website copy aligned with brand voice

Create blogs, email sequences, and landing page copy

Write social media captions for international audiences

Proofread and optimize content for clarity and engagement

Ensure strong grammar and professional tone

Graphic Designing

Create social media creatives, ads, banners, and presentations

Maintain brand consistency across platforms

Design marketing collateral (PDFs, lead magnets, brochures)

Use tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma (or similar)

Marketing Operations

CRM setup and automation (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

Email marketing setup and optimization

Funnel creation and optimization

Analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

Lead tracking and reporting

Manage marketing workflows and automation systems

Client Communication & Management

Understand client requirements and translate them into execution plans

Provide weekly reports and updates

Handle client queries professionally

Maintain strong communication and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 24 years of digital marketing experience

Mandatory experience handling international clients (USA/UK)

Excellent written and spoken English (non-negotiable)

Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals

Experience in website designing & basic development

Knowledge of marketing automation tools

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong time management and accountability
