Job Description

Position: Graphic Designer- AI-First, Branding & Identity

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (On-Site)

Reporting To: Anshi Barmecha, Founder, NIRU India

Experience: 36 Years in Brand Design, Visual Identity with hands-on experience of using AI-enabled Creative Tools

The Opportunity

We are seeking a forward-thinking, AI-first Graphic Designer with strong expertise in branding, visual identity, and contemporary design systems. In this role, you will be crafting distinctive visual identities, producing high-quality creative assets, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate and elevate output.

This is an on-site, collaborative role suited for a designer who intimately understands luxury, minimalism, and modern visual codes while staying ahead of emerging creative technologies.

What You Will Do

Branding & Identity Design

  • Develop and refine brand identity systems including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines.
  • Create cohesive brand assets for digital, print, packaging, and internal presentations.
  • Maintain consistency across all touchpointsensuring every design aligns with luxury industry standards.
  • Translate creative briefs into high-impact concepts for campaigns, product launches, and internal initiatives.

AI-Enabled Creative Development

  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALLE, Runway, Figma AI, etc.) for ideation, rapid prototyping, and visual development.
  • Build reusable AI workflows for faster design outputstyle libraries, prompt guides, generative templates.
  • Enhance creative quality with AI-driven refinement for imagery, layouts, typography, and motion graphics.

Digital & Visual Communication

  • Design presentation decks, mood-boards, visual narratives and other assets as required.
  • Produce content for internal and external communicationbanners, social media assets, product imagery, invites, and more.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.

Creative Asset Management

  • Maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and brand style repositories.
  • Implement naming conventions and filing structures for efficient retrieval and usage.
  • Adaptive use of technology to enhance the management of creative assets.

Key Skills

  • Strong command of visual identity, typography, layout, and contemporary luxury design language.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation design tools.
  • Advanced understanding of AI-based design tools and platforms and ability to integrate them into daily workflows.
  • Ability to build structured, scalable design systems with immaculate attention to detail.
  • Strong aesthetic sense; clean, modern, refined and aligned with the brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with clarity, speed, and precision.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently.
