Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and dependable Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in poster design and short-form video (reels) editing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of visual design fundamentals and the ability to create engaging creatives for digital platforms. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality design work while supporting branding and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Design posters, banners, and static creatives for digital platforms

Create and edit short videos and reels for social media promotions

Develop creatives for social media posts, WhatsApp marketing, and campaigns

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual standards

Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand requirements

Revise and refine designs based on feedback

Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Tools

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition

Experience designing creatives for social media platforms

Basic understanding of branding and digital design practices

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of reel trends and short-form video formats

Basic familiarity with AI-assisted design or video tools (added advantage, not mandatory)

Prior experience in digital marketing, IT, SaaS, or tech-driven environments

Qualifications

Any degree (Design-related education is a plus, but not mandatory)

Minimum 1 year of practical experience in graphic design and reel/video editing

A creative mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
