Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience in
designing for digital marketing and web-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong
design sense, the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling assets, and a passion for
innovation and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing creatives for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and branding
materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and web development teams to conceptualize and execute
design ideas.
- Create infographics, ad banners, landing page layouts, and presentation designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.
- Stay updated with design trends, digital media requirements, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs under deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of professional design experience in a digital or creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) or similar
tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
- Experience designing for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
- Experience with UI/UX design and web layouts.
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma.
