Qualification - Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia and Relevant certifications in design software (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, CorelDraw certification)

Experience - Min. 2+ years experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Motion Graphics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Solid understanding of AI tools (such as ChatGPT for ideation and content creation).

Strong knowledge of poster design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Experience working with both print and digital design formats.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation & Conceptualization: Develop and execute visually stunning designs for both digital and print

platforms, including posters, flyers, social media graphics, banners, website elements, and marketing

materials.

CorelDraw & Photoshop Expertise: Utilize CorelDraw and Photoshop for creating high quality, scalable

graphics and manipulating images to align with project requirements.

Motion Graphics: Create and animate compelling motion graphics for use in digital marketing, advertisements,

and videos.

AI Integration & ChatGPT Usage: Leverage AI tools, including ChatGPT, to brainstorm creative ideas, generate

content, and streamline the design process.

Poster Making: Design eye-catching posters for promotional campaigns, events, and online marketing

materials.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to ensure visual consistency and

high-quality output across all projects.

Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and emerging tools, and bring fresh,

innovative ideas to the team.
