Position: Graphic Designer (FullTime | Hybrid | Kolkata)
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Kolkata. Whether you're just starting out, looking for an internship, or already have up to two years of experience, we'd love to see your work.
What you'll be doing
- Designing a range of materials including social media posts, digital ads, brochures, packaging and other marketing content
- Using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign comfortably in your day-to-day work
- Working alongside writers and marketing teammates to turn ideas into strong visual content
- Making sure all visuals align with brand identity and look great across both digital and print
- Staying updated with trends and adapting your design work across different platforms
What we're looking for
- Open to interns, fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography and design principles
- Confident working across digital and print media, including social posts, ads, brochures, and brand materials
- Organised, good with deadlines and clear in communication
- Based in Kolkata and comfortable with a hybrid work setup
- You'll need to have your own laptop or desktop with the required software, as it's essential for both remote and office work
Pay and stipend
- Interns will receive a stipend based on skill and availability
- Freshers will start at 10,000 per month
- Experienced candidates will start from 15,000 per month, depending on portfolio and skills

Must-have skills
