Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Motion Graphic Designer, based in Kolkata with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality motion graphics and animations. Day-to-day tasks include developing visual content for videos, collaborating with the creative team to execute ideas, designing graphics, and editing visual elements to align with project requirements and brand guidelines. The designer will be expected to meet project deadlines while maintaining creativity and technical quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics
• Experience in Video Production and Graphic Design
• Strong ability to create and edit Graphics
• Proficiency in relevant design and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma - Optional))
• Excellent visual storytelling and conceptualization skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Background or degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in multimedia, creative industries, or similar roles is a plus
