Role Description

This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity for a Graphic Designer.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating eye-catching visuals, designing logos, developing brand assets, and working on various branding and digital marketing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to understand design requirements, producing high-quality graphics, refining typography, and ensuring all creatives align with client branding and campaign objectives.

Although this is a remote role, it is a full-time professional commitment. Regular availability, timely communication, and active presence during working hours are mandatory.

The selected candidate will be required to use Workfolio for work tracking, attendance, task updates, and coordination. Active presence on Workfolio and regular communication with the reporting manager will be strictly required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media creatives, ad creatives, branding assets, logos, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into visually appealing designs.
• Work closely with the content, marketing, and project teams.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver them within deadlines.
• Use Workfolio regularly for task updates, reporting, and coordination.
• Communicate actively with the reporting manager regarding daily work status.
• Ensure high-quality design output with strong attention to detail.

Mandatory Requirements

• This is a work-from-home role, but it is a full-time job.
• The candidate must have their own laptop or desktop.
• A stable and active internet connection is mandatory.
• Daily presence and updates on Workfolio are compulsory.
• Regular coordination with the reporting manager is required.
• Candidates must be serious, disciplined, and committed to full-time work.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Graphics and Graphic Design.
• Experience with Logo Design and creating cohesive Branding solutions.
• Strong understanding of Typography and its application in design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 per month

This is a full-time remote role, not a freelance or part-time opportunity. The candidate is expected to be available during working hours, actively update tasks on Workfolio, and coordinate regularly with the reporting manager.
