Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Vadodara. The Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, website elements, presentations, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements, conceptualize design ideas, and deliver creative solutions on time. The role involves developing and refining brand identities, designing logos and typography systems, preparing files for production, and ensuring visual consistency across all platforms. The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, stay current with design trends and tools, and support multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative concepts and polished execution.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including visual identity systems and brand guidelines.
- Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and composition for both digital and print media.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, translate business and marketing goals into effective visuals, and iterate based on feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, UI design, motion graphics, or basic video editing is a plus.
