About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 35 years of professional experience, specifically within a healthcare creative agency environment. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual thinking skills, excellent design execution abilities, and a solid understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical communication guidelines.

This role is based in Delhi and requires close collaboration with medical writers, brand strategists, marketing teams, and client servicing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual designs for:

Doctor promotional materials (visual aids, leave-behinds, brochures)

Patient education materials

Social media creatives

Digital campaigns and banners

Emailers and landing pages

Corporate presentations

Event branding and booth creatives

Ensure designs comply with healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing regulations.

Interpret medical and scientific content into visually compelling layouts.

Maintain brand consistency across multiple healthcare brands.

Work closely with copywriters and medical writers to deliver accurate and engaging communication.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Coordinate with printers and production vendors when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience 35 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

Mandatory experience working in a healthcare creative agency or pharmaceutical advertising agency.

Strong portfolio showcasing healthcare or pharma-related work.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

PowerPoint (advanced layout skills)

Figma or similar design tools

Understanding of print production processes.

Knowledge of digital design best practices (social, web, email marketing).

Core Competencies

Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.

Ability to simplify complex medical information visually.

Attention to detail and accuracy (critical in healthcare communication).

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to take feedback constructively and implement revisions efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to medical conferences and pharma marketing campaigns.

Basic understanding of medical terminology.

Experience working with multinational healthcare brands.

Motion graphics knowledge (After Effects) is a plus.
