Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer (Performance Creative) based in Hauz Khas, New Delhi.

The designer will be responsible for creating high-converting ad creatives and video assets for digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and other paid media channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is not just an executor but an idea-driven creative thinker someone who can understand marketing objectives, contribute to ideation, and translate concepts into performance-focused visuals and videos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design static and motion creatives for performance marketing campaigns
  • Edit short-form videos for ads (Reels, Shorts, UGC-style content, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ideate campaign concepts and hooks
  • Translate marketing briefs into conversion-focused creatives
  • Rework and iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives and video editing work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • After Effects
  • Premiere Pro
  • Video editing is mandatory
  • Experience using AI tools to improve creative workflow and speed
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Conceptual thinking
  • Typography
  • Color psychology
  • Performance-driven design
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
