Role Description

Key Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that align with our clients brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Your primary duties will include:

Photo Touch-up and Editing: Performing high-quality photo retouching, color correction, cropping, and manipulation to enhance imagery for marketing materials.

Poster and Promotional Design: Conceptualizing and designing eye-catching posters, flyers, and other promotional graphics (including optimized static and simple animated assets) for both print and various digital/social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).

AI-Enhanced Content Creation: Utilizing AI image generation platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E) to create unique visual assets and integrating these AI-generated images and text content into final poster and design layouts.

Brand Consistency: Ensuring all visual output adheres strictly to brand identity guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality and aesthetics.

Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team, content writers, and strategists to transform concepts into impactful visuals.

File Management: Organizing and maintaining a library of digital assets and design files efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience Requirement: A minimum of three months of professional experience or a completed three-month internship in graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field. We welcome candidates from the entry-level who meet the software and portfolio requirements, up to those with mid-level experience.

Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). You must be able to work independently, efficiently execute all core tasks (layering, masking, vector editing, type handling), and troubleshoot common issues.

AI Tools Knowledge: Familiarity and practical experience with AI image generation platforms and integrating AI outputs into professional designs.

Visual Acuity: A strong portfolio showcasing excellent design skills, typography, layout, color theory, and attention to detail.

Digital & Social Media Savvy: Understanding of current design trends and specifications for various digital and social media platforms.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
