Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you'll bring Marzi's brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. You'll design assets that resonate with our audience's emotional needs—boredom, relevance, and purpose. You'll collaborate closely with the Brand Content Lead and marketing team to deliver high quality, platform optimized content that's bold, engaging, and deeply human.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Visual Assets:

o Design thumbnails, banners, infographics, and social media creatives.

o Ensure all visuals reflect Marzi's brand tone and aesthetic.

• Collaboration & Brand Consistency:

o Work closely with content, marketing, and external vendors.

o Maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.

• Asset Management

o Organize and maintain a library of design and video assets for reuse and reference.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or equivalent tools).

• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.

• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
