About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who sees design as more than just visuals, someone who can translate abstract ideas into sharp, meaningful creative output.
At Maayasthra, you'll work on high-visibility brand assets across digital platforms, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining a strong and consistent design language.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually strong, concept-driven designs that communicate ideas effectively
- Demonstrate a strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across all outputs
- Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand identity
- Develop versatile design solutions across different formats and use cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life with clarity and precision
- Iterate quickly while maintaining a high standard of design quality
- Stay updated with design trends and tools, and apply them thoughtfully
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design (can be overlooked if you have a strong portfolio)
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across styles and formats
- Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator, and Figma (non-negotiable)
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to take ownership and deliver independently
Additional Preferences
- Experience working with brand guidelines or structured design systems
- Ability to explore and experiment with AI tools in the design workflow
- Strong articulation of design decisions, the ability to explain the why
- Someone who is constantly learning and actively pushing their design skills
