Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to design engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces, enhancing overall user experience, and ensuring consistent design standards across web and mobile platforms.

The role also involves designing marketing creatives such as flyers, banners, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines. Strong communication skills (4+/5 rating) are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma.

Apply UI/UX design principles including typography, color theory, and layout design.

Ensure responsive and consistent design across all devices and platforms.

Collaborate with developers to convert designs into responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Flyer Design & Marketing Creatives

Design creative flyers, posters, banners, and promotional materials.

Develop visually appealing layouts following brand guidelines.

Arrange text, images, icons, and graphics effectively for clarity and impact.

Ensure proper alignment, spacing, typography, and color consistency.

Prepare print-ready and digital design assets.

Update and modify existing marketing materials as needed.

Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with marketing and development teams to understand requirements.

Optimize designs for social media, email campaigns, and print formats.

Deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

Strong proficiency in:

Figma (Wireframing & Prototyping)

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Canva

Solid understanding of:

Layout Design

Typography

Color Theory

Basic knowledge of:

HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

Responsive Web Design

Experience with CMS platforms such as:

WordPress, Shopify, Joomla, Drupal, or Magento

Strong creativity, visual design, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills (4+/5 rating is mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in converting Figma designs into responsive web pages.

Understanding of UI animations and interaction design.

Experience working in Agile environments.
