Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Designer. The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, visual identity, typography, logo design, and branding. They will collaborate with the creative team to develop creative solutions that meet the needs of the clients, including visual design concepts and solutions for various mediums, including social media, print, and digital advertising. This role requires a combination of creative, conceptual, and strategic thinking to bring the vision of strategic brand building to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop high-quality designs for branding, packaging, digital media, and print collateral.
• Develop visual identities, logos, typography, and cohesive brand systems.
• Translate client requirements into creative visual concepts and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting tight deadlines.
• Prepare mock-ups and presentation materials for internal and External reviews.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to every project.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience: 2 to 3+ years experience working on medium or large brands only.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work in graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of offline (packaging, print and logo designs, and mock-ups) and online design (social media posts, digital banners, website banners etc).
• Exposure to creating basic animation using After Effects.
• Excellent eye for detail, brand guidelines and awareness of current design trends.
• Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Digital Sketching & Illustrations, Video Editing.
