Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

Create engaging social media creatives: posts, reels covers, stories, and carousels.

Design marketing materials including posters, brochures, banners, standees, and digital ads.

Develop in-store branding assets such as boards, signage, hoardings, and display materials.

Follow and maintain consistent brand guidelines.

2. Video Editing (Mandatory Skill):

Edit short-form videos for Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and marketing communication.

Work on basic shooting (mobile-based) when required.

Add transitions, captions, effects, and sound enhancements.

Manage and organize raw footage and video file libraries.

3. Content Support:

Assist with creative concepts and visual storytelling.

Support the marketing team with ideas for posts, campaigns, and reels.

Keep up with digital trends, design styles, and social media trends.
