Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to act as a strategic creative partner for the Internal Communications team. The candidate will play a key role in shaping visual storytelling, enhancing brand identity, and delivering high-quality creative assets for internal communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually engaging assets for internal campaigns, newsletters, presentations, and digital communication channels.

Create branding elements, infographics, illustrations, layouts, and motion graphics.

Translate complex business messages into clear, impactful visual designs.

Support design requirements for employee engagement, HR initiatives, L&D programs, and leadership communications.

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.

Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality output within deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver creative solutions.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

Experience with tools like Figma, Canva

Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, typography, and layout design

Experience in creating corporate/internal communication designs

Ability to conceptualize design ideas (not just execution)
