As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping Kapture's visual identity across digital and marketing channels. You'll transform ideas into compelling visual stories while leveraging AI-powered tools to move faster, smarter, and more creatively.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals, audiences, and creative requirements.
You will design visually compelling, on-brand assets including PPTs, social media creatives, ads, flyers, eBooks, and other marketing collaterals.
You will create dynamic and engaging GIFs and motion assets for social media and digital campaigns.
You will ensure strong visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
You will use AI-powered design tools for ideation, mood boards, visual variations, and rapid prototyping to enhance speed and creativity.
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person collaboration fuels creativity, innovation, and faster execution.

What would make you a good fit for this role
Here are the basic requirements:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
You bring 5-7 years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of digital and marketing assets.
You are proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
You are comfortable handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
What are the most critical skills for this role
You have a strong grasp of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
You think in terms of storytelling and can translate content into meaningful visual narratives.
You collaborate effectively with marketers, content creators, and other stakeholders.
You stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
You will have an advantage if you:
You have hands-on experience using AI-assisted design tools for ideation, prototyping, and creative exploration.
You have worked on user-centered design or A/B-tested creatives.
You have basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or web design concepts.
You've previously designed for B2B or SaaS brands.
