Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Chennai. The Graphic Designer will create visually impactful designs, including graphics, logos, branding materials, and typography for various marketing and product campaigns. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to understand design requirements, conceptualizing new design ideas, and ensuring alignment with brand identity. The role emphasizes creativity, attention to detail, and timely delivery of design projects to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools and software
• Experience in Logo Design and creating Branding elements

Strong expertise in Graphic Design & Visual Communication

Proficiency in Logo Design & Branding

Excellent understanding of Typography & Color Theory

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in core tools:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign

Portfolio demonstrating both print & digital design work

UI/UX design experience (web & app projects)

Experience using AI design tools (Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney)

Motion graphics knowledge (After Effects added advantage)

Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines

• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet project deadlines
• Familiarity with design trends and tools; experience in digital and print media is a plus
• Relevant academic qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
