Junior Designer (1–2 yrs)

Responsibilities:

• Create basic social media creatives, posters, banners
• Support senior designers & make revisions

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Canva
• Creativity & basic design understanding

Mid-Level Designer (3–5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

• Design marketing creatives & campaigns
• Handle projects independently

Requirements:

• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
• Good branding sense & time management

Senior Designer (5+ yrs)

Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects & branding
• Mentor team & ensure quality output

Requirements:

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong portfolio & leadership skills
