Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer with sports background to join our creative team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The candidate will be responsible for designing collaterals for various platforms, mostly pertaining to high-performance athletes, sporting events and for programs tailored for our donors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social: Design high-quality social media creatives and templates that adhere to the clean IIS visual identity.

Venue Branding: Develop unique branding collaterals for IIS events and high-performance training venues across the country.

Partner Relations: Create sophisticated units and logos for specific programs and donor-facing competitions.

Visual Evolution: Build and evolve visual languages for new sports initiatives while ensuring a fresh and innovative creative output.

Collaborative Design: Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm and produce diverse marketing assets including internal decks, banners, and signage.

Execution: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 34 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a sports-related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential; knowledge of how to use AI tools to enhance workflow is required.

Design Philosophy: Ability to create and build visual languages with a primary focus on a clean, modern aesthetic.

Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and creativity, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Passion: Passion for sports and an understanding of the sports landscape in India, preferably Olympic disciplines.
