Role Overview
As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting high-impact visuals that reflect Our aestheticelegant, minimal, and fashion-forward. From website banners and social media posts to IG reels and campaign ads, you will shape how our customers see and feel the brand. You will work closely with the marketing and e-commerce team to develop compelling creatives for organic and paid campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Visual Identity
- Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity across all design work
- Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines in terms of tone, color palette, typography, and layout
E-Commerce & Website Creatives
- Design weekly homepage banners, collection covers, promotional graphics, and popups for our Shopify store and mobile app
- Work with marketing calendar to plan ahead for seasonal updates and sales campaigns
Social Media Creatives
- Create scroll-stopping Instagram feed posts, stories, highlights covers, carousels, and reels (video editing knowledge is a plus)
- Design visuals for other platforms like Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok when needed
- Develop templates and creative directions for trending formats and audience engagement
Performance Marketing Creatives
- Design all visuals for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, Google ads, Pinterest ads, and other platforms
- Adapt creatives into multiple sizes/formats for A/B testing
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to iterate on high-converting designs
Campaign & Collection Launches
- Support launch campaigns with full design rollout: moodboards, campaign banners, social media kits, emails, etc.
- Contribute creative ideas and direction based on trends, fashion references, and brand themes
Email & Newsletter Design
- Design visually rich email templates for Mailchimp or similar platforms
- Ensure layout, visual hierarchy, and mobile responsiveness are optimal
Miscellaneous Design Tasks
- Design logos, icons, branding elements for sub-brands, edits, and collections (e.g., Runway Edit, Modelluxe)
- Support design needs for internal team decks, affiliate programs, digital flyers, or printed collateral
Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred) or similar tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end, on-brand design across multiple mediums
- Ability to design for both static and motion (video, GIFs, animations for social media)
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
- Great aesthetic sense: clean layouts, modern typography, and cohesive color usage
- Ability to work with brand toneelegant, contemporary, and modest fashion friendly
- Strong time management and ability to deliver within tight timelines
Bonus Points For
- Experience designing for Shopify storefronts
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Canva Pro, or CapCut)
- Familiarity with paid ad creative formats and optimization strategies
- Knowledge of Mailchimp or email design tools
- Photography or art direction interest
