Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other designers in the marketing team to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances marketing campaigns
- Understand design briefs and create visually compelling templates for digital platforms (mainly) such as advertisements and social media posts; basic video editing and print work (occasionally)
- Provide creative inputs during brainstorming and ideation sessions
- Demonstrate a creative mindset with a strong interest in designing pixel-perfect user interfaces
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Job Qualifications & Skill Sets
- 02 years of experience in the graphic design domain
- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
- Strong understanding of design principles including branding, typography, composition, color theory, and design for print and web
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Receptive to constructive feedback and continuous improvement
- Leadership qualities to guide junior designers in the team
- Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day-to-day operations
- Ownership of quality checks (QC) for all assigned work
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Awareness of current trends in business, design, and technology
