Indulgeo Essentials is a premium clinical skincare and haircare brand, formulated for Indian skin at the intersection of clinical actives and Ayurvedic tradition. We sell across our own website, Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms. Our brand is deeply visual — editorial, warm, and premium — and we are also building new brands in acne care and makeup, with AI-assisted content creation at the core of our workflow.

About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Junior Graphic Designer whose strongest skills are video recording, video editing, and AI-assisted content creation, alongside solid graphic design fundamentals. You will shoot product and people content on camera, edit it into Reels and ad creatives, generate visuals using AI tools, and design assets for social media and ecommerce platforms — every day.

This is not a Photoshop-only role. You will be on set, behind the camera, in the edit, and inside AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Video Recording & Production:

• Shoot product videos, skincare texture shots (serum drops, gel swatches, cream smears), UGC-style ads, founder videos, and BTS content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and phone rigs
• Set up and manage lighting (softbox, ring light, natural light) for premium product and skin footage
• Record talking-head videos with clean audio, framing, and multiple angles
• Plan and run small shoots independently: shot lists, props, backdrops, file organization

Video Editing:

• Edit Instagram Reels, product videos, ad creatives, and marketplace videos with strong pacing, hooks, captions, transitions, and sound
• Deliver multiple formats from raw footage: 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9
• Add motion graphics: animated text, ingredient callouts, logo animations
• Repurpose one shoot day into weeks of content

AI Generation & AI-Assisted Workflows:

• Generate campaign visuals, backgrounds, and product-scene composites using AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Higgsfield, Kling, or similar) and refine to brand standard
• Use AI video tools to create motion content and ad variations without a full shoot
• Write effective prompts and iterate quickly; use AI assists (background removal, upscaling, relighting) in daily workflows

Graphic Design:

• Design daily creatives: Instagram posts, stories, carousels, WhatsApp broadcasts, banners
• Create ecommerce assets: Amazon A+ content, Nykaa/Myntra banners, listing infographics, ingredient callouts
• Work within established brand design systems with correct specs and exports for every channel

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of design/content experience at a beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brand or agency
• Strong camera handling: exposure, focus, framing, and lighting for product and skin content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut/DaVinci Resolve), Photoshop, and Illustrator; After Effects basics preferred
• Working knowledge of AI image and video generation tools with the ability to demonstrate AI-assisted work
• Canva fluency for quick-turnaround social assets
• Strong attention to detail: correct sizes, clean exports, consistent brand execution
• Genuine interest in skincare and beauty content trends
• Portfolio is mandatory and must include: (1) videos you personally shot and edited, (2) static design work, and (3) at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with the tool named. Applications without a complete portfolio will not be considered.
