Role Summary

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Presentation Specialist to support our Commercial Banking Operations team by creating executive presentations, client-facing decks, reports, dashboards, and visual communication materials.

The ideal candidate should have experience designing professional PowerPoint presentations and transforming complex business information into visually compelling, executive-ready content. This role will work closely with Operations, Leadership, Delivery Managers, and Consulting teams to support reporting, business reviews, proposals, and strategic presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Create visually engaging business reports, dashboards, status updates, and operational review presentations.
• Develop sales presentations, solution decks, proposals, and client-facing materials.
• Convert business data, operational metrics, and insights into clear visual stories using charts, infographics, and graphics.
• Maintain presentation templates, branding standards, and visual consistency across all deliverables.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting for Commercial Banking Operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Project Managers, and Leadership teams to deliver high-quality presentation and reporting materials within tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Corporate Presentation Design, or Business Reporting.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of presentation storytelling, data visualization, typography, and visual design principles.
• Experience creating executive presentations, business reviews, operational reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Commercial Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or Corporate Transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel Dashboards, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience creating board decks, management presentations, RFP responses, and executive reports.
• Basic knowledge of AI-powered presentation and design tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly).
