About the Role

Torani Design Studio is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled **Graphic Designer & Video Editor** to join its Creative and Marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of **luxury fashion, visual storytelling, typography, composition, social media content, and contemporary digital aesthetics**. The role requires someone who can translate Torani's distinctive visual language and storytelling into compelling static and motion content across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Communication

* Design high-quality creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, product launches, collaborations, events, exhibitions, and brand communication.

* Create Instagram posts, stories, carousel designs, reel covers, YouTube thumbnails, website banners, digital advertisements, emailers, presentations, invitations, and other marketing collateral.

* Design print assets such as lookbooks, brochures, catalogues, event collaterals, signage, packaging elements, and promotional materials.

* Maintain consistency with Torani's visual identity, typography, colour palette, and overall luxury brand aesthetic.

* Adapt campaign assets into multiple formats and dimensions for different digital and offline platforms.

* Retouch and enhance images while maintaining the integrity and premium quality of campaign and product photography.

* Prepare final artwork and print-ready files while coordinating with relevant teams and vendors when required.

Video Editing & Motion Content

* Edit high-quality videos for **Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube, digital advertisements, campaign films, product launches, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, events, and brand storytelling**.

* Convert raw footage into engaging, visually refined, and platform-appropriate content.

* Work with music, sound design, transitions, typography, subtitles, colour correction, and basic motion graphics.

* Create short-form and long-form video content while maintaining Torani's distinctive storytelling and visual identity.

* Develop teasers, campaign launch videos, collection edits, product-focused videos, and social-first content.

* Resize and optimise videos for different platforms and specifications.

* Organise and maintain a structured archive of project files, footage, design assets, and final outputs.

Creative Collaboration

* Work closely with the Founder, Marketing, Social Media, Content, PR, E-commerce, and Creative teams.

* Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into strong visual executions.

* Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, collaborations, and social media content.

* Develop moodboards, references, storyboards, and visual directions where required.

* Stay updated on emerging trends in **luxury fashion, design, art, culture, social media, video editing, and digital storytelling** while ensuring that trends are adapted appropriately to Torani's brand identity.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
