Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital design. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media creatives, digital advertising, website graphics, branding, and marketing collateral. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and account management teams to produce visually compelling designs that align with client and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, digital advertisements, and email marketing campaigns.
• Create website banners, landing page assets, blog visuals, and other digital marketing materials.
• Develop presentations, brochures, infographics, and brand collateral.
• Work closely with content, marketing, and account management teams to understand project requirements and campaign objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing assets.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for publishing across digital platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital agency, marketing agency, or corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Strong creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
