Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can use AI tools to design images, short videos, and UGC-style ads for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal person should be good at AI-based design, basic video editing, and creating high-converting ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities- Create graphic designs for ads, posts, banners, and stories Use AI tools to generate creatives, images, and videos Design UGC-style ad creatives (reels, shorts, testimonials, hooks) Do basic video editing (cut, trim, captions, music, transitions) Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing Work closely with the digital marketing team for ad performance Deliver creatives on time as per campaign requirements
Required Skills Basic knowledge of graphic design principles Hands-on experience with AI design tools (any of these): Canva (AI features) Midjourney / Leonardo / DALL E Adobe Firefly Basic video editing using: CapCut / Veed.IO / Premiere Pro (basic level) Ability to create short-form videos (15-30 sec) for ads -Understanding of social media ad format -Good creativity and willingness to learn new AI tools
Good to Have (Not Mandatory) -Experience creating UGC ads -Knowledge of Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts -Basic understanding of -performance marketing creatives -Experience in education / course-selling ads
