We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented graphic designer who can create high-impact visuals for social media, paid advertisements, and branding initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of creativity and marketing thinking, with a focus on student- and parent-focused communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-performing creatives for Meta and Google Ads (static and carousel formats).
- Create engaging Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and thumbnails.
- Design creatives for landing pages, banners, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team for ad creatives and with the content & video team.
- Guide and support junior or fresher designers.
- Optimize and adapt designs based on performance data such as CTR and engagement metrics.
