Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visuals that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences
- Content Creation: Design a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, infographics, presentations, and print materials
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all channels and touchpoints
- Data Visualization: Turn complex marketing data into engaging and easy-to-understand visuals that communicate insights effectively
- Campaign Support: Design assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance across platforms
- Creative Problem Solving: Use your marketing knowledge to propose design solutions that improve conversions, engagement, and audience retention
- Market Trends: Stay updated on design and marketing trends to incorporate fresh ideas into campaigns and projects
Qualifications:
- A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing work that demonstrates a mix of creativity, marketing acumen, and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, web design) and their creative requirements
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including audience targeting, branding, and conversions
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
