Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead and execute design initiatives across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, hands-on design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects while maintaining high design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling creatives across digital, print, and video platforms
• Design social media creatives, thumbnails, presentations, print layouts, OOH banners, website visuals, and marketing collaterals
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and branding solutions
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all communication touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing, content, creative, and tech teams to translate briefs into impactful visual outputs
• Generate fresh digital ideas and contribute to campaign ideation and execution
• Provide creative direction, mentorship, and support to junior designers and freelancers
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, creativity, and timely delivery
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and evolving digital design practices
• Maintain high creative standards and ensure only quality work is delivered

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio
• Experience in handling digital, print, branding, and campaign creatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and CorelDRAW
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, and branding
• Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced agency or media environment
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and drive creative efficiency
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Added Advantage

• Knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, and basic video editing will be an added advantage.
