Working hours: Singapore hours (please note this means an early start and finish for applicants based in India)

If you have proven experience and a consistent track record of outstanding design, and strong brand sensibilities then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as Asia's first Graphic Designer. Working as an extension of our London-based design team, but based in India and dedicated to the Asia region, as a Mid-weight/Senior Designer you will:

• Apply your strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and data visualisation skills, to create compelling designs across a range of presentation and report formats.
• Deliver fresh and impactful brand, print and digital design for the group's multiple companies, spanning industries such as technology, private wealth, sport, energy, finance and more. This company will shape the future of insurance and it's an exciting place to be.
• Have exceptional attention to detail and a passion for making information look beautiful.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Asia's first Mid-weight/Senior Designer, you will work independently within the region while collaborating closely with the London design team to ensure brand consistency, and will report directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, Asia. The ability to handle multiple projects and outstanding attention to detail is crucial.

• A true passion for a design, you bring unexpected ideas to the table.
• You can create design concepts for multi-channel projects including video, print, OOH, digital and events.
• An incredible eye for detail, you take pride in creating work to a very high standard.
• You have a high level of proficiency in all relevant software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint etc).
• You have a portfolio that demonstrates a proven track record in creating stunning brands (plus some digital).
• Working closely with the London design team, you can generate new ideas or concepts.
• You follow trends, but most importantly, you know when to use them.
• You will support regional campaigns, events, and executive communications by creating graphics, presentations, event branding, video content, and visual storytelling that enhances engagement and message impact.
• You will design bid and proposal materials, helping the bid team create professional, visually compelling client pitches, RFP responses, credentials documents, and case studies that improve win rates and consistency.
• You will act as the regional brand guardian, ensuring all visual materials produced across offices are aligned with brand guidelines, consistently executed, and reflect a high professional standard.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience as a Mid-weight/Senior Designer or similar role.
• You can confidently present to clients and senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.
• You are comfortable and engaged in meetings and workshops and can challenge a brief and/or client, to get to the best solution.
• A strong verbal and written communicator, you are good with people and highly interactive.
• You are no stranger to shifting priorities and timescales and can keep cool when the pressure is on.
• Knowledge of motion design is a bonus.
