Role Overview -
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Marketing to support the visual expression of AND + Global Desi across all brand touchpoints. The role requires close collaboration with the Art Director and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities -
- Work closely with the Art Director to develop creative concepts, content, and visual directions, ensuring the brand language remains consistent for AND + Global Desi across all platforms.
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand positioning, aesthetics and identity of both brands and translate it into impactful & compelling marketing collaterals, including social media, website assets, performance creatives, offline collaterals, visual merchandising, packaging, lookbooks, and newsletters.
- Manage and execute day-to-day creative requirements, translating briefs into clear concepts, moodboards, and high-quality visual outputs.
- Review creative work and provide thoughtful feedback on designs, edits, and content to ensure quality and brand alignment before final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with stylists, video teams, editors, and other internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive and compelling creative output.
- Stay informed on global luxury, fashion, and lifestyle trends, applying relevant insights to design work where appropriate.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all creative assets while maintaining high design & quality standards.
- Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, layouts, branding systems, and typography, aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Effectively manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, priorities, and quality outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications -
- 35 years of experience in graphic design or marketing design (fashion/lifestyle/beauty will be preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/video tools + AI tools are a plus.
- Experience working with both digital and print creatives.
- Strong aesthetic sense & understanding of modern luxury & visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with design, content & video workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects & guide creative teams.
